Ready for some Italian Rococo opulence? Irene, wedding planner at Il giorno che vorrei… sent me this incredibly detailed styled shoot with ideas for an elegant celebration, inspired by Northern Italy’s Piedmont region.
From Irene: “As a setting for this styled shoot, we chose a splendid 18th century villa which oozes the magical atmosphere of Piedmont in the 1700s.
We designed and created this photoshoot after allowing ourselves to be swept away by numerous details of the venue. Note, for example, how the grey-peach-cream palette matches the colors present on walls and the floor of the room.
The wedding stationery was created by reworking the patterns of the textiles present in the villa, whilst in some details on the desserts, we drew inspiration from the stucco work decorating the splendid ballroom.
The final result is, in our opinion, a romantic and incredibly elegant styled shoot.”
