Alex and Marta, today’s American-Catalan couple, wanted a beautiful, but not overly fancy wedding in the bride’s home of Catalunya in Spain. They hired Presume de Boda to implement their vision and the whole affair became a timeless and elegant event at Blanes Monestary (El Convent de Blanes), an amazing centry-old venue overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Fun detail: Marta always wanted a wedding in coral tones, but in the end they settled on a palette that evolved throughout the evening. It started with lighter, pastel hues of blush during the ceremony, incorporated more apricot and coral during reception and ended with darker coral and even burgundy during the dance. I love that idea!
