Every time I get sent a wedding designed by Laura from Fueron Felices, I don’t even have to look, I know it’s going to be pretty special, and nothing that I’ve ever seen before.
Like these intimate nuptials of Judit and Victor, a backyard celebration with closest friends & family and full of incredibly personalized details. And even the rain couldn’t make those bright colors shine less… isn’t that table stunning?!
From the bride: Our wedding designer and coordinator was Laura from Fueron Felices. When we saw her work on her website, we knew that the only way to get married for us would be under her guidance. It still feels like a dream, I can’t believe yet that I’m a Fueron Felices bride!
Almost everything at our wedding was handmade and personalized. For our guestbook we had a special idea: It was an illustrated map of our honeymoon destination, Canada. Guests could sign custom postcards and tell us from where they wanted us to send them a greeting card… which we did!
All wodden blocks for the table were hand-painted by us. We trusted a local ceramics artist, Sophie Aguilera, with our ring bowl and the cutting board favors.
Any advice for brides-to-be? Don’t worry about the weather. I was so afraid of rain and actually spent many days before the wedding in tears, just thinking about the weather. The forecast said it would be a sunny day, but right when the ceremony was supposed to start, a huge thunderstorm hit. My wedding was near to be cancelled. But… the storm passed – and I ended up having the time of my life. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t chose a different day. I’m forever grateful to my staff. They rescued our wedding. We couldn’t have done it without them.
We love traditional wooden cutting boards, it’s a typical accessory in our daily life. Laura had the idea to do ceramic replicas as favors, and suggested Sophie for the job, who then created 40 beautiful and unique ceramic boards.
