Have you ever thought of maybe wearing a wedding dress that has been in the family for ages? I am seeing more and more brides wearing their mother’s wedding dress, some decide to alter it slightly and adapt it to their own personality and style, others leave it untouched. Both ways, I think it’s such a beautiful gesture, the perfect, meaningful “something old”.
I was smitten with today’s dress because it’s not just “a” vintage dress, but it’s the bride’s mother’s. I also love the dark copper velvet sash, and the yellow flower crown that goes perfectly with the vintage esthetics and still makes the entire look so modern.
