Imma Clé is a Barcelona bridal designer whose unique style I’ve admired from afar for a while. She uses light pastels to complement the traditional white or ivory, lace and other sheer materials, and accessories such as high collars and gloves reminiscent of Victorian times to create her signature soft and feminine look.
So when photographer Veronica Hansen sent me this romantic bridal inspirational shoot she had so beautifully orchestrated and shot, I knew I had to feature it… aren’ these designs unique?
From Veronica Hansen: “Though I am from the U.S., myself and all the vendors for this shoot are based in Barcelona, Spain, a city with amazing Modernist architecture from the 19th century. We used this city’s strong architecture to showcase our soft bridal style. We played off of the Modernist building’s colorful mosaic glass roof with vibrant floral crowns; we contrasted the feminine cuts and airy fabrics of Imma Clé‘s couture dresses with structured columns and masculine architecture. Every detail from the shoot is completely handmade in Barcelona and all have an air of vintage love for the modern bride.”
