The edible shells look so delicate and are a great way of presenting appetizers. Here is how you make them:
On a sheet of parchment paper, sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese into a disc shape.
Mircowave it for a few seconds to melt it.
Then quickly wrap it around a small upside-down glass, creating the basket shape.
Carefully remove the crispy shell, which is now ready to be filled with whatever delight you desire… This will definitely impress the guests at your next dinner party!
