Long sleeves, lace, and a tail hem to give it some edge… I would totally get married in this H&M dress!
I have been wanting to do an inspiration board with the famous 1950 Vogue cover starring Jean Patchett for a long time. It wasn’t easy, I wanted to convey that edgy mid-century elegance with a modern twist.
A trendy groom in a gray jacket and brown slacks, rolled cuffs and no socks. It’s a stylish outfit with warm brown tones that goes really well with his bride’s look without being too matchy. I love the no socks trend (see also this groom), especially for a stylish Mediterranean wedding.
As promised earlier, we’re back with an outfit for a destination groom, and I’ll leave the word to groom stylist Sammy Aki:
“As the weather has been getting more and more gloomy, my mind has started to wonder towards booking another surfing holiday. So this is my surfer groom…
When I received an email from Sammy Aki introducing “The Groom Style Consultant”, I was immediately intrigued by the idea. An entire company dedicated to a much neglected, but so important part of weddings: the groom! I did a short interview with her to see what The Groom Style Consultant was all about.
