Nêreídes // Νηρείδες In Ancient Greece, Nereids were the nymphs of the Mediterranean Sea and lived in its depths within a silver cave. They were beautiful and kind, crowned with coral and starfishes. They used to sing and dance for their father, Poseidon. Beautiful inspiration, put into pictures by Paula G. Furió with wedding dresses
This Greece wedding is one of those amazingly beautiful affairs that gives me butterflies in my stomach and makes me feel drunk with beauty… because it is absolutely gorgeous. And so elegantly Mediterranean.
Infraordinario Studio send me this heartfelt Italy wedding. I love the joyful garden reception and their wedding favors – potted mint and a mojito recipe!
I am not quite sure why I love the combination of lavender and lace so much. Maybe it’s because I associate both with France, with lavender fields in Provence and Chantilly lace? In any case, I think using those two for a wedding is a beautiful idea.
